Prevention-first is the obvoius play here but companies keep missing it. The HOLISTAL approach with challenges + real incentives is smart becuase it targets the motivation gap, not just the knowledge gap. I've seen wellness platforms fail when they assume people already want to change, when really they need a reason to start. The health coach piece probably saves the whole thing from becoming another ignored app on the home screen.

Okay this is actually cool. Most wellness apps end up collecting dust, but the challenges, plus rewards, and having an actual coach feels like something people would really stick with. And the HR dashboard piece makes sense too... kind of like how Alora gives teams visibility instead of guessing. I’d love to see the real results companies are getting from this long-term.
